Solinox Flue Systems
The part of the fireplace nobody sees and everybody needs
Solinox is the flue system we run with every wood-burning fireplace we install. All 304 stainless steel, in single and double wall, from 130 mm through to 400 mm.
Single wall is used inside the room where the pipe is visible; double wall is used through ceilings, roof spaces and outside, because the air gap keeps the outer surface cool enough to pass safely through a timber structure. Getting the transition right is the single most important part of a safe installation — and the reason we do not sell flue over the counter without knowing the build.
The Range
Each of these is a family rather than a single product — sizes and finishes are chosen when we spec the build. Prices start at the smallest, plainest configuration of a family and climb with size and finish.
Single Wall Pipe
From R 640per 1 m length
304 stainless, for the visible run inside the room. Supplied in 500 mm and 1 m lengths with a locking band included, plus 45° and 90° bends.
Double Wall Pipe
From R 1 880per 1 m length
Insulated twin-wall for ceiling penetrations, roof spaces and external runs. Same lengths and bends, plus end-cap flues in 500 mm and 1 m.
