Bio-Ethanol Fireplaces
Real flame, no flue, no chimney
Bio-ethanol burns clean enough to need no flue at all, which makes it the only real-flame option for an apartment, a converted space or any room where running a chimney is impossible.
Like the gas range, a bio-ethanol fireplace is a burner plus a firebox plus a fascia. Burners come in Signature and Slimline collections; fireboxes in single and double-sided; wall-mounted Frames arrive complete with the burner already fitted. Bio-ethanol is a feature fire — it produces atmosphere rather than serious room heat.
The Range
Each of these is a family rather than a single product — sizes and finishes are chosen when we spec the build. Prices start at the smallest, plainest configuration of a family and climb with size and finish.
Built-In Firebox — Single Sided

The standard build-in, in black or stainless steel with a matching or contrasting fascia. Sized to take a Slimline burner.
Built-In Firebox — Double Sided
From R 8 395
See-through bio-ethanol between two rooms. Because there is no flue to route, it is far easier to place than a double-sided wood unit.
Slimline Burner
From R 6 495
The burner on its own, for dropping into a bench, a plinth or a joinery build. Sizes from 800 mm to 1400 mm, and units can be paired.
Frame — Wall Mounted
From R 19 995
A complete wall-mounted unit with the burner included, in black, white or stainless steel. Nothing to build — it hangs on the wall.
